An open, forward-looking business quarter with a flexible mixed-use approach. New Work infrastructure with outdoor workspaces and climate- and environmentally friendly construction in line with the EU’s Taxonomy Regulation. Inclusion of the local neighbourhood through culture, nature, leisure and shopping events.

Data centre
Green energy for the quarter is generated from the data centre’s waste heat.
Building structure
Multi-storey buildings in different heights and cubic capacities up to a height of 85 metres. Timber and timber hybrid construction with a flexible floor plan structure. Accessible façades that open up the outdoor space on every floor. Green, usable roofscapes for fitness, relaxation and leisure activities.

kauri cab
... is a Berlin-based company that specialises in investment and asset management, providing lasting value for investors and the real estate properties it invests in. The company is run by its owners and has been a firm fixture on the Berlin real estate market for many years. KAURI CAB is responsible for developing around 450,000 m2 of gross floor space in residential, commercial and special-use properties as well as managing around 800 units in mixed-use property portfolios.
E2A Architekten
... was founded in 2001 by Piet and Wim Eckert. With a team of around 45 employees, the Zurich-based office designs private and public buildings with different uses and sizes. E2A also takes part in competitions based on urban development themes and questions relating to urbanity. As well as this, it has many years of experience in creating sustainable added value in urban and architectural planning processes. The company’s team focuses primarily on establishing an innovative relationship between architecture and technology. As well as its Zurich headquarters, E2A has offices in Berlin and Warsaw.
